Einstein
defines insanity as doing the same thing over and over again expecting a
different result. That being said, people have been living a crazy life. With
nothing but minor hardware revisions and incremental upgrades to software we've
been moving forward, yes but at a rate that wouldn't even tickle a Delorian
close to 88 and I guess we are fine with that.
Some dude apparently made all this in 6 days and up until a few years
ago Apple updates their OS annually.
Sure every now and then comes out and starts a revolution but it doesn't
happen as often as some of us would want.
Judging from the usual routine, we are not going to have a “move to
touch” or “Banksy” moment anytime soon.
I was
talking to a buddy of mine recently and well, We agreed to disagree with the
concept that escape velocity isn't something a lot of people are allowed to
comprehend, thus most of us have moments when watching some video on the internet
where we stop and think to ourselves, “hey, are these people so good at life
and I’m stuck here contributing to the millions of views this bastard has”.  Mostly luck, part talent and our own
inhibitions, a lot of us wake up and say that the revolution starts here then
wake up a second time to get up, brush, shower, drive work, eat, sleep, repeat.
